I kept on promising everyone that I would add some photos to the blog of Addy's birthday party....so here they are!  It was a fun day....with lots of pink, great friends and good food!

How is it possible that a year has already flown by?  I knew it coming in....but when it gets here, you just wonder, "How?".  Our sweet baby girl, Addison is one year old today!  It seems just like yesterday we found out that we were expecting!  She has been such an amazing addition to our family over the past year!  Everyone always says that your life changes so much.....and I totally agree, but I wouldn't change it back for the world!

We had the pleasure of visiting a little baby fawn named Tyke last night at a deer farm.  He was the cutest!  I think Addy may have found a new best friend!!

We are BEYOND excited to announce that our little girl is finally here!!  She decided to make her grand appearance on January 20, 2011.......4 days earlier than expected :)  Everyone is healthy and doing great!  Thank you for all of your well wishes and prayers!  We apprecite it so very much!!!  We will be sharing lots and lots of photos of our cutie pie soon!!!

Although my baby shower was back in October....I still wanted to share!  I am so fortunate to have so many friends and family in my life that were there to celebrate with me the upcoming arrival of our little girl!!  There was lots of great food, delicious dessert and beautiful eye candy all around the room!  My closest friends and family put so much work into this day....I truly feel blessed!!

We are so excited to be able to share these photos with you!  We had the opportunity to travel to one of our favorite photographers in Indiana this past November.  Since we first saw their blog....we were in love!  As you know by now....we are expecting our first child this January.  Only a few weeks away!  We are so happy/nervous/excited/anxious to be first time parents!  When she arrives we will be sure to share tons of photos :)

We had a blast in California a couple of weeks ago.  We had lots of time to play, relax and work, all which we enjoy.  Yes, I said "we enjoy working..."!  We are so fortunate to be see and do so many things...........and beyond blessed to be given the opportunities that are given to us!  Needless to say, we are thankful. 

In California we had lots of adventures on our agenda, including: Sea World, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, touring a huge aircraft carrier and going to Hollywood!  We also had the great opportunity to photograph Miranda's boudoir session , Bre & Rusty's engagement session and Bre & Rusty's beautiful wedding!

Last weekend I had the opportunity to spend a fun day with my sister and her family.....which includes my cute little niece, Kenzie.  We went to the Frederick Meijer Garden to look at the butterflies and wander around the sculpture park.  It was a fun filled day and now I am sharing it with you :)

Joe and I had an amazing time in Florida!  From Disney to the Daytona 500....we were able to see and do everything!  We love to travel!  We even had the chance to see greyhound races (we have a grey named Roxy), drive through the Everglades looking for gators, try lots of new restaurants, watch the Dayton 500 in person (Joe even got to ride along in one of the race cars).....ahh...there is just too much to mention!  Take a look at the pics below to see how much fun we had!!

We finally had the chance to relax and re-group.......so now we are ready for our biggest wedding season yet!  17 weddings and counting!  We look forward to working with every single one of you this year!

One final stop to CA for a wedding and mini-vacay!  Can't wait!

 

Born just before we left on vacation, was our little nephew, Gideon Michael.  He is so sweet and so adorable.  I am sure that you will see many more appearances on our blog from this little guy!

Sorry we have been MIA for a few weeks now..........so much to blog.....so little time!  We will be updating our blog with vacation pics, photos of our new nephew Gideon as well as his newborn portraits soon!

Just an FYI............Joe and I will be heading off tomorrow to Florida for two wonderful weeks of blissful fun!  We will return on the 20th with our next bridal show on the 21st at the Dogwood Center in Fremont (1-4).........which then will throw us right into wedding season!

A few of our stops will be: the Daytona 500 (Joe is going to ride in a racecar), Disney World, Gatorland, and lots of restaurants from Man v. Food that we are dying to try out! 

We will have our handy-dandy iPhones on us during the vacay, so feel free to email or call if needed! 

Blog posts are always much more interesting with a photo, so here is one of me and our cute little nephew who was born just yesterday!  Thanks Sarah for having him in time for us to meet him!  Congratulations!!!

 

Today is my birthday....again.......am somehow I am the luckiest girl in the world!!  First, my amazing husband set up a birthday dinner for me last weekend with my family and friends and gave me the gorgeous necklace below!!!  Today he took me out to a delicious lunch at Moondance Cafe, then surprised me with the amazing pink roses below and super funny "The Office" birthday card!  I LOVE him so much!!!!!

Husband Joe...check!  My cute little dog Roxy....check!  Best friend....check!  Nieces & nephews....check!  Mom & Dad....check!  I think that I am almost ready!!!

Christmas is such a wonderful time of the year.  Here are some of the things about this holiday that make me happy :)
