It was a beautiful day in Muskegon when we decided to take these photos!  The session actually turned into a mini-session because the sun went down way faster than anticipated.  It is so fun to watch Preston play with his little brothers........sometimes trying to make them laugh, sometimes pestering them....what big brothers do best!  Check out all of their cuteness below!!

It was a beautiful day last Sunday.....wandering around the family farm, finding great places to take cute little Suri's one year photos!  Suri wasn't a big fan of having her photos taken, but by the end of the shoot she was smiling!  I absolutely adored her birthday dress....the photos with the balloons are some of my faves!  Soooo cute!!

We headed to Grand Rapids for the afternoon to photograph a wonderful family and were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful weather!  I think that it was most likely one of the last nice fall days that we had left.........but I was super excited to use it on this family!  There was lots of energy and many different personalities, which made it tons of fun.....before we knew it the shoot was over!  Hopefully these photos reflect some of the fun that we had on Saturday and how close this family is!!

I LOVE how the photos look together in a collage....

I love this cute little girl.....she just happens to be my niece :)  Look how her personality bursts through each photo!!  She is full of spunk, laughter, and obviously cuteness!!  It is always funto take pics with Kenzie.....even though she is a little too comfortable with me at times :)  I love being able to photograph all of my 20 nieces and nephews as they grow up.  It is such an honor to me and lots of fun!!

It was a chilly fall day.......but there was no rain.......so we jumped on the opportunity to take some fun fall pics.  Below are some of my faves from the day....I hope you enjoy them!

This family and I have been trying, for what seems like forever, to schedule a time to do a family shoot....but because of the weather...it was very difficult.  We finally had a beautiful Sunday afternoon and jumped on the opportunity!!!  This was supposed to be a mini-session, but I couldn't resist!!  I couldn't do only a mini-session with a family this gorgeous!!!  All of the kids had a pair of matching tennis shoes, so we had to incorporate them into several photos......these fun, creative shots are my faves!!!  Enjoy the pics!!

The one and only (I may be exaggerating a little) nice fall day this year was spent taking photos of this super adorable family...  We had lots of fun and several great locations for photographs!!  This family is always up for anything, which makes it extra fun for me!!  Maddie just turned one, so these photos doubled as her 1 year pics.....how gorgeous is she??

I had a lot of fun....a lot of laughs....and some crazy pets at this family session!!  The evening turned out to be one of the nicer fall days yet this year.....how lucky!!  I love the photos below of Tom and Shelley walking their horses..especially the ones where they have the "dreamy" look to them...like the are in their own fairytale!!  Happy 20th Anniversary Tom & Shelley!!!  20 years and still in love.....what can be better than that?

This family session was quite tricky........we headed down to the beach, hoping for the best, and when we got there, it was super windy.  I mean, it felt like my legs were being sandblasted by the sand in the wind and my hair was going everywhere!  We decided to continue and try to make the best of it..........   We took a few shots, then it began to sprinkle.....just my luck!!  We hurried through the rest of the session and jumped in our cars...as we were driving away, it began to pour!!!!  Even though the weather wasn't very cooperative, we still managed to get several great photos!  Here are my faves from our little "adventure".  :)
